Rotarian on the road...President-Elect Paul Adams attended the Rotary International Convention in Taipei! He described it as "life-changing" and looks forward to bringing back ideas to our little Wakefield Club!

Earlier this month, we packed birthday bags and graduation party bags for the food pantry. The soda cans are for the cake mix.

Dr. Andrea Gayle-Bennett, Massachusetts Deputy Sec

Dr. Andrea Gayle-Bennett, Massachusetts Deputy Secretary of the Executive Office of Veterans’ Services had an amazing speech, with lots of resources for anyone who served in the military. Her ask was pretty straightforward:
- Don’t automatically assume it was a male who served in the military, it’s an outdated stereotype.
- A good conversation starter is to just ask, "Did you serve?"
- Far too many veterans have no idea so much is available to them.
- Let Wakefield vets known that Dave Mangan is the town Veteran’s Service Officer. Contact Town Hall for contact info.
